I posted this in suggestions forums but also wanted to post it here as well. Since this forum have a lot more people going to it. If you agree with stuff below please keep this thread bumped to make sure Anet reps read it.

My suggestion is to make Ascended Gear purchasable for Badges of Honor. Also make Badges of Honor only obtainable through killing players in WvW and remove JP and World Completion from WvW. Also replace legendary requirement of Badges of Honor with something else from PvE and also make legendary weapons obtainable through a large amount of just Badges of Honor. That would fix so many problems with game right now. Let hardcore WvW players get Ascended and Legendary Gear without PvEing. Fix some que issues with WvW. Don’t force players who just want to PvE to grind so much in WvW. Please look into this and if anyone agrees and have more suggestions about this post them bellow and keep bumping this thread. Thank you!!!

I don’t like the ascended gear in WvW idea since it’s harder doing FoTM and people who want ascended need to push through and do theirs.

I am on board with the map completion. Trying to get a jumping puzzle when you’re being chased by a zerg is such a lol moment.

Totally agreed wif op. been storing my badges for months thinking they can be used to buy something really useful to gold can’t buy. What a letdown when laurel was introduced. N come on, 1 laurel per day in wvw? No matter how much time u spent in wvw, u only get a max of 1 laurel????

Let me take is opportunity to rebuke those ppl who commented anet only care about pve n not wvw… See the last patch they intro culling to pve. Nice job.

Don’t make them cheap 1000+ tokens or so. You can just login in every day and do dailies and monthlies and get ascended.

As long as i can do anything useful with my badges i’m in for it…

I also hate doing fractals (lvl 7 atm, just too repetitive…) but can’t honestly be asked to wait 3 months doing my daily everyday and monthly on top of it (where i need to do even more PvE….yeah, 5 dungeons this month -.-) until i can get my ascended rings and amulet and never be able to get an ascended back (well, i was lucky enough to get a vial on fractals lvl 3).

GW2 was announced as being no grind after all….

I would rather welcome it if they made the essences like vail of mists essence available through badges of honor. But outright giving you acended items would be a bit much. I mean all you really get for “free” in the fractals is rings. And even the rings require you to either be lucky to actually get a useful one or to do at least 10 daylies at lvl 10 or above.

Well we have worked hard for months, but fractal dredges get world bonus without doing anything usefull.

Yeah I agree if they didn’t made it available through dailies and monthlies. Now anyone can get them.

Anyone can, but only after doing your daily for nearly a whole month + your monthly on top of it.

I really dont care about ascended gear right now… but they really have to give us something better to do with our badges… at least we could get different stats gear and not only Pow/Vit/Tou stuff… and better skin too… maybe the same skins from instances.
