Its been that way all night for me, but not just bay, its random when I join a BL thats not our own. I will be running around then dropped, no lag, no warning, just dropped to character select. I have heard a few ppl talking about it so its not just you and its not just bay.
I just crashed in bay less than 5 minutes after reset, now I get probably 3+ hours in queue.

Someone suggested that you try to repair your GW2 client. I did earlier and hadnt had a a crash tonight.
Macros, you can use them as long as they arent macros.
