Where can I find the Invaders weapon vendor or the guy that sells weapons and armor of badges of honor. I look in eternal battlegrounds WVW and I couldn’t find anyone.

Home borderland spawn point.

Go to your server’s battlegrounds. The merchants, you are looking for, are a bit south of the portals.
