What the title says.
If Anet have already planned to keep the changes they have made, maybe the community can come up with some ideas they would like to see to help balance the changes a little.
My only idea is that they could remove costs to upgrading structures or add an ability to “hire patrols” upgrade that grants white swords to a structure.
like i said in a thread earlier white swords when outnumbered & add the scouting thing from eotm to regular WvW ( you know that radar scanner thingy)
