Anyone who has gotten this skill, care to enlighten the rest of us on what it is and how it works?

Ye i got. Its a 40s CD (same as the number 3 on ballista) Number 4 ability. You dont need a target, you get a 45* “target” that you aim in any direction you desire. It shoots out 5-6 Ballista shots across the 45 degree angle. No idea if it pierces though.
