Wanna say something about the whole guilds transfer to another server…..FG came to Piken after we talked with the leaders of that server and we got a approval to get there. FG helps as much as we can…i think the whole community knows us by know as a helpfull guild that are there where there is a need of us, we carry a whole border and guide the friendlies on that and dont go doing our own thing, ……and FG dont wanna go up the tiers…why would we want that when we came down from tier 1. It would be fun to switch to t2 and then bk to t3 to get new enemies once in a while but thats it.

I don’t see how the siege cap is relevant to you complaining about BB nightcap, whilst throwing 100 golems into taking the whole of EB

With the guilds from SFR and now Deso joining PS they will move to T1, a place the original PS guilds did not want to go and im sure the guilds that left T1 do not want to go, am i correct?

Guilds are actually moving to T3 servers because the tier is offering great fights. I don’t think any guild that transfered is interested in creating a new ‘mega server’ you’re talking about.

Involuntarily it has. Now if the guilds stop playing for points and just fight then yea PS won’t be going anywhere. But they could have spread out amongst the 3 servers in the tier.

If we’re still talking only about the SFR and Deso transfers as you mentioned earlier, then that’s just what happened. OSC, NoE, GH went to PS. sIN, BULL to BB and RG went to AR.

Lol i was there i think with 10FG we couldnt place 1 bloody ram to get a gate down…thank god golems dont count to the siege cap;) so we made 5 golems…. we only use golems as last recource

Defiantly doesn’t help the situation when guilds who are scheduled on borders can’t get in because of those who aren’t. I can say without a doubt I am not alone in thinking this.

We were in the same situation not so long ago because of guilds that joined from other servers. We went up a tier, Q’s went through the roof and we lost a number of good guilds, people realized they hated T2 blobbing and guess what happened? Those guilds that transferred here then disappeared somewhere else not long afterwards leaving people to pick up the pieces and rebuild.

I am not saying the same thing is happening, but it certainly looks that way….

In all honesty our guild has been trying to hunt you guys down after that comment about taking out 25 pikeneers. We did try to keep it to 1 vs 1 or 2 vs 2 whenever possible but there always seems to be randoms around. Anyway, kudos for having a guild of thieves. Hope to bump into you guys more to fight these coming days!

AFAIK, The Order of Shadows is the only thieves guild in the game (please correct me if i´m wrong), also we like to rp a bit, ask any of our bb comrades about Haltair´s epic stories!

Normally we go around in couples, in rare ocassions a full group. Every unit moving on different objectives in the map. Usually outnumbered.

OdS its always up to a good fight in the field or duels at the windmill, but only if we can spare the time.

Funny not funny if guild think about transfer to server which have all ready build good community and want be a part of it will be nice to talk to server Alliance before move other way you will be treat as pest and bandwagoner.

Nice fights at PS border last night so bad I was only one tag up by most of evening and outcome of that was big zerg we had. Thanks to siN, DsD, BH and others for day full of action. Good luck guys

Great night for us too. Tohu and LdF were playing together in order to have enough players able to retaliate the other groups of enemies.

Amazing tri-server battle inside Etheron. Piken was here first to open our 2 gates but BB invited itself (as always?) to take our keep. However we really enjoyed the fight. The fight remained 30min I remember? Piken tried to take the same keep at the end of the night but we managed to save it one more time.

But we didn’t success to take one of your tower Piken… To much defenses and you were very reactive. DT, you did a great job. A pain in the Kitten to see you each time. Always hard to fight against you.

Piken, we really will miss you next week. You are a great opponent

tell me what should i do? should i stay in SM all night waiting for sth to happen? should i try to map hop all 30 mins loseing a couple of my friendlies every time?
or do what i did/do (capping everything until they defend)?
Golems are fun, I like to use golems and friendlies too, so why arent we allowed to have fun? Not that it would change anything. A week ago we manmoded the second gate of overlook, it took ages but BB did nothing. We trebbed a couple of times valley in the past and so on. Its boring and takes ages.
So the better decision is to get it fast, because they dont give a kitten about defending or fighting and upgrade it. Our or better billys challenge these days is holding overlook as long as possible. I think the record is at 18h atm.

I´m always watching all maps and see what gets flipped and what not. So i can say this:
Hills/bay in a BL getting flipped all day at daytime (sometimes also at primetime). So they are most of the time not T3 at night and when we managed to defend them in the past we lost them at the day after it. So not really worth hopping map to defend it every 1hour (also you need good scouts to manage to do this and everyone knows how hard it is to get some). The only thing in the borderland thats REALLY important to defend is garrison and maybe the two north towers. On the other hand in EB we have SM and our keep and also 4 T3 towers. If you dont defend EB the following thing will mostlikely happen: BB and AR will double team you, because everything you have is paper and so a way easier target then their Tier 3 towers. Just think about why SM dont gets flipped all day long.

I know i should not write all this because it makes our enemies maybe attack SM/EB more but that would be atleast interesting then.

(also always think that the group of ppl we have online is no guildgroup and will not follow maphopping if they dont think its worth it)

BUT really enough now. I´m not willing to discuss that more here. If you want to discuss this further write me a PM.

And just to point it out again: EVERYTHING i write is MY opinion and NOT the opinion of the community from Piken or my guild GG.

So if anyone has a problem with me i would prefer that he talks to me via PM or /w first. kitten each other off in a open chat/forum cant be a solution.

Augury Rock is very proud to fight a lot of nice guilds. We have the chance to fight one of the best server since the release, but we have too the chance to fight you all, there is a lot of good players in all guilds.
So I hope we’ll see us again on battlefield, we don’t like blob, you don’t like blob, barush like blobs cause they are not very good. So we hope we will stay in T3 with you a lot of time.
We have the chance to fight you, and not to fight the blobby russian guilds of Seaferer, the big IRON blob on Desolation, to not fight a german bunker and german blobs that we all hate. I think this weeks are very usable to us, and to you too cause I think we are not an easy challenge

It’s a shame you think that you decide who is “swapped out” of tier 3. Even if it was true, because PS got too much coverage for T3 (a server that rather fight in t3 then t2 where coverage is much more suited), I don’t go out and tell people unless I want to look like an arrogant tool.

You obviously don’t have a sense of humour. I was replying to a previous poster saying that AR was going to stay up, i was hinting that’s only coz we don’t want to face RS again. I’m very sorry it upset you so much.
PS doesn’t have coverage(and we don’t want it) to compete in T2 consistently which Piken knows and is happy with, we’re consistently outmanned for 12hours of the day so don’t go try pulling the coverage card on us. As a server we fight to enjoy ourselves if that means we score points and go up, so be it, it’s not something we’re pushing for nor pushing against. This is why you left Piken was because we didn’t want to become the super server to push viz out of T1, so you left and we’ve been happy enough with the fights we’ve had since.
It’s also possible currently in our position and both AR and BB for us to completly focus 1 server to stop them gaining many points at all. We don’t do this, we’re an equal opportunity server who kills everyone for the fun of it.
A lot of us on this server would like to fight AG as we’ve never faced them before and they have some ex-piken guilds on there that we’re friends with, including the best guild out there. So of course we are hoping they move up the ranks before we do(if we do).
So please stop being so hostile and have some fun, this is a game after all.

Etheron fight was really hard, good job guys with defend it good 3-4 times we have to spawn at WP and run back while remaining forces try to hold gates open. 1st 3-way clash was bit too lagy to do anything I guess for all of us. 2nd fight even more hard well hold and then push out not much we could do.

PS Brd was pain to defend whole evening, as only one guild raid followed by lots friendlies make us unable to cover map as usually we do with more guilds and commanders on map. But we cant complain for lack of action.

Thats maybe my 1 complaint about BB loseros, is that the best time for GvG challenge is at that time of night, so our raids are lasting 6 hours roughly now just so we can get some good action ^^We aren’t complaining though, glad to have RS and its blobs out of this tier, and to have some good solid roaming guilds replace them.

Was fun earlier outside the inner gate to run my Mesmer straight into them solo after harassing them up the hill, haha. I survived like 10 seconds running randomly about. Then I think someone got angry because the entire group suddenly went to stomp me

Nice fights this tuesday on ARBL against HoB and others, even if BB was blobbing waaaaay too much, with MMO and VITA guilds.
Anyway we didn’t quite understood your moves on garrison, that we defended 3 or 4 times against your blob without too many problems

PS is becoming just another blobb server. Maybe I’ve just been unlucky with zone choices, but the days of guilds running solo on PS are more or less over.

I will explain this once more for the people, who live in Narnia.
Every server has blobs..
Now what is a blob? That can be debated, but im sure we all can agree it contains many players.
Now then, why would anyone ever want to run around with many people?
Many reasons im guessing, but two of the main reasons I see are the following.
People follow commander tags and people blob up, if the enemy is also blobbing up.

So to prevent all the flame, we just have to remove commander tags and just let the enemy run us over, if they have many more players than us.
Also we have to take away peoples free will and force them to disband, when to many people start go the same place. This ofcourse applies to all servers and not just Piken or the other t3 servers.

This is a small price to pay in my opionion for a world where wvw, will be against armies of max 20 players perhaps and a world thats fair.
Now the armies of only 10 people may have a problem with this, so this population cap may have to be lowered to 10 people. Hmm, that may be a problem for groups, lets say 5 people max! No no, not fair for the solo’ers, so we must all solo wvw for it to be fair.

Im just gonna go play a singlerplayer game I guess…
