I’m looking forward to whatever WvW update and whenever it comes.

I was thinking it would be cool to reward people who are playing WvW now instead of complaining or just waiting to see the update. One possible way to reward those players is to have a limited period of time at the launch of the update where the WvW-specific currencies that you can earn now can be spent for some nice items (kind of like the tournament tickets).

Just an idea to reward folks who are playing now

If people’s complaining on the forum – and refusal to play WvW in it’s current state – drives Anet to make positive improvements, then perhaps we should dock gold from those who are currently playing it and redistribute it to the complainers? The scabs who crossed the picket line should not only collect their paycheck, but should also get a bonus?
