I don’t understand the excitement from zerging and the lag that comes with it, so my question is:
what is the best server to find solo roamers?

I’m currently on JQ and all you see are zerges and gankers which is forcing me to play the same style and it sucks. If only this game had pvp servers, then wvw would not matter so much and spvp is only fun for so long. Any good servers for it at all?

Any low tier servers is better for solo roam.

WvW in general is zerg-heavy but I imagine anything under T2 has a lot more of what you’re looking for. I’m on Maguuma and there’s usually a fair number of small groups and soloers but also some heavy zerging. Seen the same from YB, EBay, SoS I think, CD on occasion, probably others, if you’re looking at NA servers.

Since it mostly depends on the opposing servers you get, I would tend to recommend any T4 server or under though can’t speak from direct experience for under T4.

Remember though, thanks to the new ratings game it is possible for T4 servers to face T3 and T2. EBay has been matched against DB and TC before (if memory serves me correctly). Try going a little lower in tiers if you want to avoid this.

If you’re serious about solo play go to Eredon Terrace or Ferguson’s Crossing. The lower the tier, the less ‘zergy’ it is.

Ahh lower tiers… I like to run solo lots of time and just find higher tiers have more targets sure you run into odd zerg but easy to avoid them most of the time

I can attest to this. Same story in SF’s borderland, which was pretty surprising.

T8 sees tons of small scale stuff w/ some zerging. T7 and T6 likely see a good amount as well.

When you compare a t1, t2, or even t3 to us at t8.

Its like comparing major countries fighting versus small island tribes fighting each other.

So if you like tribes, come to a t7, t8

From what I have seen, Anvil Rock. Why? Because they will be playing ET and FC on a regular basis in the future.

Reset on FC was good, but tonight it seemed I couldn’t go anywhere without running into a HoD zerg.
