Guild Wars 2

I roam on my ranger, but the setup I run isn’t suitable for large scale fighting. Looking for another class to play when I want to participate in Zerg vs Zerg fighting. Thoughts?

Guardian. Sturdy, has group utility, can do cc/dps/tank at the same time. Engineer is also great, but not very durable.

I should mention that I’m looking for either good aoe or good spike single target to drop lower health enemies quickly. Get in get out.

I don’t play a Necro, but I’ve heard they’re great with marks/aoe conditions, and have decent survivability. Maybe someone else could provide better inputs.

Try a ranged/support warrior.

Huge AoE with bow and great ST with riffle.

d/d ele (aoe, mobility/escapes, cantrips) or thief (daggerstorm/shortbow aoe, spike damage, mobility/escapes) – try them in heart of the mists on the robot zergs

you may find shortbow clusterbomb underwhelming because of the projectile travel speed but try standing in the middle of the robot zerg and press 2 as fast as possible so they don’t travel but still detonate above your head

Thief is the only class that can zerg surf…
