Hello all. I am seeking to maximize tickets this season (unlike last time where my server got last) incase there exists a skin in the future that I like. I would like to either transfer to the top silver league team or the top bronze team (NA). I’m guessing there’s two options:

1) Transfer a day before the season starts, trying to have correctly predicted the eventual winner of either league.

2) Transfer right when the season has started and I’ve seen which servers are in which league.

If I go with 2), will my tickets for that week be awarded from how the server does that I transferred to? Or is it the server I transferred from? I saw anet mentioned there won’t be a lock-out period so I was maybe thinking 2) should work? If so, it looks too easy to bandwaggon, though, it’s obviously not free this time.

now, is best time cause then you can get use to the new server you are on. And get to know the commanders too.

There were problems in the past with rewards for people who switched servers during the tournament, so I would do It now.

The extra amount of tickets that you maybe could win doesn’t worth 1800 gems.

Transfer if you dislike your actual server to a server you actually like to play in it. Not just for first place in tournament.

Never. Stop giving your money to a flawed rewards system.

But if you truly dislike your server community, transfer now. Silver league NA is very fun and balanced atm.

the rewards are horrible, and they will remain horrible as long as people are willing to transfer to get them.

Don’t transfer. You’ll lose money. The rewards are not worth the price to transfer. Plus even if you lose all 4 matches, you still get enough tickets for a weapon.

Good luck figuring out who wins silver when there are 5 teams that have all won over the past few weeks at one point or another…..

There are no rewards worth the cost of transfer.

Please advise us as to which server you are from and where you going to.
This way, it would ensure all other servers including your former server would greet you accordingly. We look forward to your response and have a nice day.

I know most of you are already there, but obviously there are still some undecided.

Both will win without much doubt, and if you all follow my request they will even win by ticking 695:0:0 for all 24/7.

Can there be anything better than being part of such a clear victory?

I can imagine only one thing better:

See your faces (or imagine your faces while reading your forum posts), if you all do, and not one was able to get the achievements required for the reward due to a lack of opposition

I hope the 1800 gems is worth the extra Empyrean Shards and Bloodstone Dust.

Of course it is. If all do, it will definitely pay off. You will never ever loose a match, and if it hasn’t already payed-off in this season, then it will pay-off in one of the following seasons. You will win all further seasons (and all matches in between), for just 1 transfer payment. ANet has proven that they aren’t willing/able to change anything that would hinder the long-term pay-off.

It’s not worth it unless you want to skip queues, unless the reward is a big deal to you.

Wait until the tiers are finalized (i.e. don’t transfer to Mag, CD, DB, etc) until you know they are in T3. Day before reset is probably best.
