Guild Wars 2

I have all gear made and fixed up for both. But my question is. Which class and setup, d/p theif and d/d celestial ele, is more fun for roaming? I play on a T1 server which I doubt that that matters but was just giving more insight

Personally I find d/p thief to be boring to play, but I played it for a while so I probably just got bored with it (that was over a year ago). D/d cele eles seem pretty strong for roaming, especially in small groups, and they can be pretty difficult to take down in most situations. The only real counter to them is boon stripping, so unless you’re fighting a lot of necros you’ll probably be better off on d/d ele.

The fun you’ll have roaming is all based on your preferred play style though. I recommend trying both classes and setups for a while and determining which you enjoy more. If you ever get bored with one, you can switch to the other. Have fun roaming!

Going to let the cat of the bag here… most fun build for roaming D/D P/P thief. You will die frequently but the carnage is fantastically awesome. I also never see PMs talking about running a cheese build either.

Having run several thief and warrior builds for thousands of hours along with every other class, for now this is my favorite. I routinely cackle during fights.
