Guild Wars 2

Basically, whenever 15+ zergs hit eachother, my game just goes into full-on lag mode. Everyone starts running into walls, skills don’t work, I won’t take fall dmg etc.. then eventually I’ll just DC.

I mean my internet isn’t the best, but is there anything I can do not to disconnect all the time? Thanks! <3

Render Sampling: Native

and turn down Character Model Limit/Quality

They are the only two I can think of that really help reduce lag on your side.

Are you the only one on your server experiencing it?

No he is right. It is not about graphics I guess. Today we had a terrible lag at Eb, with 40+fps and 70 ping. Especially Eb is sufferring immense amounta of lagging. Most of the time skills are not working properly when this happens.

B-but I didn’t buy a new PC months ago to keep on playing on low settings :’)

On a serious note, I’ve been monitoring my connection for a while now. I have a constant 190~250ms which is still manageable. However as soon as fights break out my GW2 ping spikes between 500 up to 2k which eventually leads to a DC. However, resource monitor tells me that I have constant 200~ ping during that time. I guess I’ll try lowering my graphics again..
