the physical projectile buff can be used in wvw as a blast finisher. i used it once to test it. i dont believe it should be allowed to be used in wvw, as it is a toy than can give a veteran player an unfair advantage against a newer player.

They are not blast finishers. They are projectile finishers. No-one is gonna equip a Birthday Blaster just to perform a projectile finisher unless they’re trolling. Their competitive use in WvW, or anywhere, in terms of just the finisher is zero.

Double-click birthday blaster, use the #2 in a light field and clear 3 conditions, pretty useful.
