We at Black Talons decided to launch our own twitch page! Come watch us as we plow through everything that crosses our path in World vs World or come check out our bi-weekly 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 tournaments!
I took the initiative to create this page for the following reasons:
-Promote World vs World gameplay to the gaming community
-Give a taste of World of World top tier action
-Show high-quality, intense, fun, entertaining fights
-Show the world what the Black Talons are made of
You thought you saw cool fights but you’ve never seen intense fights like this! We know how to get down and dirty!
Schedule: Weekdays after 8PM Eastern
Weekends after 1PM Eastern

all i see is a massive zerg blob of 70+
Yeah, Sanctum of Rall was out in full force on Tarnished Coast BL tonight! We’re not the type to switch to a different BL when adversity is fierce, hence the massive blobs on tonight’s stream!
We’ll be online tomorrow same time!
and for those who did not realise, Quenta is “The Queen of Blades”
Was watching this earlier for a little bit. Didn’t catch any battles unfortunately.
I hope you guys plan on splicing this feed up into the interesting bits, that’s something I’d definitely watch
We do have weekly recaps on Quenta’s youtube channel:

Enjoy, and stream will be up starting at 8pm eastern time!

Hey,
I love watching smallscale vids and as far as I understand, this is supposed to be mainly about smallscale?
Two points I`d appreciate you to change for watchabilty after watching the latest recap:
1. Please use the original speed, it`s already difficult enough to identify group movement. focus targets and skill usage, especially of your mates, in normal speed.
2. The minimap is for me the most important tool to identify how well your group movement and positioning is. Additionally it is far easier to see the relation of your team`s numbers compared to the opponent`s. I really don`t get why you censored it.
Apart from that, you seem to move a lot with the zerg, I`d prefer to see your groups impact infight without support, because the way it is right now, it`s just another zerging vid (no offense, just my opinion).
Best regards
Hi there!
Black Talon’s live stream ( http://www.twitch.tv/btguild ) has original speed. The one in charge of creating our weekly recaps prefer to speed things up a bit because we have so much worthy content to put into our videos every week that he tries to cram them into 10 minutes or else we would have very big weekly recaps! And much bigger videos to encode and upload!
We hide the minimap because we sometimes use different strategies on the field (group split, flanks, etc) that we would like to keep secret from our enemies.
Since 2 weeks past, we’ve been running without a commander tag. We are a force on the field and we attract a lot of militia by running with the commander tag. This allows us to run tightly, move faster on the field and survive longer (kitten rally bots!).
Other than that, we rarely join zergs, except to create opportunies on the field. We run with 20 to 45ish players a night. We had to bolster our forces by 10-15 active players in order to rivalize with tier 1 zerging opposition.
Thank you again for your constructive feedback. I will personally transmit your idea of keeping the original speed in the recaps to the one in charge of creating them!

SoR had FEAR on one team, Aco/WARD on another and a small LUN group was on map although not coordinating (no one speak portuguese it seems). The first two teams were coordinating although running as separate groups. FEAR left to cover SoR garrison at some point and the numbers changed a bit. The fight at Redvale (around 10:15 EDT once more BG got on the field and evened out the numbers) was pretty fun, we held out as long as we could, which seemed like a while.
TC Had a small force and fought gallantly to hold Bay.
Had a great time last night, we came out for fights and got them. Not all fights were as balanced as we’d like but once KnT and others arrived on the scene it was more intense.
Some players did spam /laugh on both sides. Personally I avoid this, salute and bow brings your opponent back on the field to fight again.

I’m still not 100% optimal on the stream. After today’s patch, my streaming program wouldn’t recognize GW2 anymore so I had to use a different streaming method. With this, I had to re-do my settings, including sound.
For some reason tonight, I learned no sound was coming out of my stream, even if I set it up correctly.
Tomorrow’s stream should be rock solid. If from this point everything’s good, I will start releasing previous broadcasts on the channel.
It’s just too bad that I took a full day to run all the tests before posting here, only to get kittened by the GW2 patch a day after.
I will also include TS sound in the future, since I received constructive feedback about not having it enabled.
Thank you for your comprehension!
