Well it’s nice and all – we’re actually fighting and I like the challenge. Weird thing is – saturday morning we’re outmanned on EB. I was like “Ok Maxs took everybody for morning zerg, fine we’ll keep the spots we already have”. And so we did for quite some time. Too bad we were outmanned for half the day, and the rest – we did not have the “buff” but zerg vs zerg we were always twice smaller.
Today the exact same. This time I even went borders to check it up. Vizu Border seemed quite nice with whole south map taken by us, but the rest… Well we took bay at Arbor Border with the small force we’ve had (the fight at lord room – awesome) and that’s about it. Even with the small force we’ve had majority didn’t listen to commander – as a result tons of siege including superior trebs were lost.
My question is – where are people? Doing fractals 24/7? 2 weeks ago we’ve had queues on EB whole day since the very early morning. I could basically queue myself and go make a breakfast. And when I got in I could play with people I don’t know and be quite sure they will listen and help us win. Seems like we are farmer server after all…

Hah, Yeah I was in the map during the golem-garisson attack in the morning, but I only participated in 1 attempt. Some of my guild was there, but not many. I believe it was mainly Xaoc. Nugos was focussing on other parts of the map. We weren’t with that many in the morning.
My question is – where are people? Doing fractals 24/7? 2 weeks ago we’ve had queues on EB whole day since the very early morning.
Personally, I’ve been avoiding WvW (and that means GW2) since Ruin joined the server. I’d rather fight for French against them but I don’t speak French..
If I had to guess why others are not playing, I wouldn’t say it’s because of Fractals. It’s probably a combination of boredom and not being needed. Blacktide is so much ahead that even with some teaming up from Vizu and Arbor it’s still about even in points. And once weekend is over it will get a clear lead. Thus, the motivation for more activity is pretty much gone.
Win motivation aside, what’s left is gameplay motivation. WvW has so many issues that have not been solved since release, and we know what those are. I logged into WvW an hour ago, died to a huge invisible enemy mob, logged out. It’s just not worth it. That, and the fact that under lvl80 chars are so pointless in WvW. Half of my armor is yellow gear but I do around 150dmg on autoattack. Sure I can take my lvl80 but it’s boring to play the same thing all the time. I can’t even change the build properly because changing gear costs quite a lot without PvE farming.
Even the only reason why I’m here typing this is that I installed World of Tanks and test server is full so can’t login to check new tanks.

Really fun fights in BT borderlands today, that fight for Garrison went on for what seemed like forever. Kudos to AS for holding us off that long but it was only a matter of time
Other highlight was defending cragtop from both VS and AS for about an hour, i was the one sat on the treb killing all your siege and launching cows at you :P lmao

We in CIR are used to adapt to the circumstances of the fight. Sometimes its more entertaining than other times.
Unfortunately having no body collision (everything gets mushed together), really horrible culling and no external camera means I haven’t found a way to make a proper video showing entertaining tactics without having to resort to explain what is going on.

It’s surprising to see such whine and complains from VS player. If you see big enemy force trying to degrade your T3 tower – capture other defenseless object. That’s what VS always do, but you must be new here.

tips for you: there are siege weapons in that game. they destroy doors very quickly. far better than spamming fireball on them for 20 minutes.
there are also breakable walls that can be destroyed by catapults and trebuchets however fireballs won’t damage them .
you should try it. lot of time gain especially when there is not much defense in front of you.

And for the repack of some ppl on LNM lead it’s only after RG need to yell CIR to save their kitten many time

After carefully analyzing the screenshots I have reached the obvious conclusion they are hardly relevant in this conversation. It is clear to the naked eye that [RG] had quite a balanced encounter in which we were clearly out-skilled by our opponents.
I would also like to point out that in fact we didn’t even fight the bulk of the famous Arborstone army. It was clearly just a small scouting party. A mixed scouting party with members from: [Joke], [SR], [LNM], [GG], [BooB], [Opt], [CO], [CORE], [ViCE], [SBYK] (kitten edit), [Last], [Cara], [SUP], [EK], [NOX]. If there are any other guilds that were represented by scouts in that fight, please accept my apologies – my guild buddy’ s screenshots are of poor quality. Also apologies for not providing a 360 degrees view of the battlefield. There were some of you behind the camera – not many, just… two or three really – so I don’t want you to feel left out. Certainly not my intention.
So a big hand to everyone involved. Keep it up! It was certainly an educative experience.

The reason I hate posting screenshots is because it doesn’t actually show how many enemies were there because of the culling in this game, but just imagine this screenshot with the stream of enemies going on for quite a while. We fought and killed many of them but they never seemed to decrease in numbers, says enough about how many they were… I had heard great things about AS but after this evening I must say I’m a bit disappointed, even if it’s somewhat flattering, in their new found tactic of just blobbing as a counter to us.
Have to say im a bit dissapointed by LNMs playstyle to be honest i thought it was gonna be guild vs guild with a point to prove. Everytime we hit them always with JOKE, SR, PSY and loads more randoms. We aint scared by it we will come and go all day. As for the people saying RG is 30 + we average in between 20 – 25 guys most nights. LNM is the same and blobbing in a massive zerg it is quite funny to be honest.
At least when it came to OSC they had the guts to turn commander off and come looking for us my hat is off to those guys.
Anyway that is World vs World just have a to find a solution to this massive Arborstone blob thinking caps will be on.

t3 tower, 3 superior arrowcart, 2 superior ballista, 3-4 catapults. ~30-40 VZ’s defenders inside.

And i don’t know which exactly reason stop you from seeing of the two trebouchets, bombing tower, though it’s always like that for solo players. They see only in 2×2 meter’s square aroung them.

I mostly ran solo yesterday and had some nice 1v1 encounters with both VS and AS players. Always nice to find people outside of the main keep/tower attack.

You’re one of the best guild in EU, with a great leader, your small bus is famous; that’s price of fame, everybody wants to fight you. That’s why definetly, most of times you’re outnumbered two to one (except when CIR sticked to your raid).
Now if you want to fight just one guild, just contact them to decide a place/time. But keep in mind that French guilds are small (smaller and smaller, thanks to lags issues and problems with french providers); and actually the guys that you are fighting (lnm, sr, mos joke ….) belong to the same ally, called [ES]. Ally or guild, is it so much different ?
I know that you like to be outnumbered, you like the challenge – just accept to be wiped sometimes.

The problem for Joke, Psy and us yesterday is, how can we manage to make good fight against you when our 3 guild are less ppl together that you :/ ( in the basis of you"r 25 ofc ). But we have 2 choice fight the VS zerg or fight mostly vs you and CIR add… the second option was more interesting, even if we are more of you.
Hope tonight we are 15 and can try something vs aganist you far of the zerg.

it has nothing to do with dying or anything like that, more that certain people complain over us beeing big numbers and so on.
personally, i don’t really mind dying so long its a fun fight, and there was tons of fun fights yesterday
