Here’s an idea not sure if it’s been mentioned before but how about letting players drop of supplies at towers and keeps.
This way even the lowest of servers can if they work together gain a little advantage by doing raids simply to resupply what they have as well as upgrade swifter.
I would also add that it be made so that you keep what you take rather than things being reset to basic level unless you are going against a server that has the outmanned buff.
