Not sure how much that is as a viable strategy, because in my server we kill that guy all the time, I mean it takes 10 players to even get it started, and that’s if they don’t follow him to try and take the tower anyways, but to me that’s 10 less players elsewhere trying to defend against our attacks. So it’s really a waste of time for them to continue trying to start the event over and over again. The event seems to attract alot of randoms which if anything is a badge farm event for a team of 5 defending the tower.

It would be cool if the team starting the break out can reset the break out at any time.

The amount it takes to get the man down, I’m not surprised people keep him alive. The only way to stop it would be to give him the ability to cap a point. Yesterday I saw this for the first time, where he was running around in the keep we’d defended and repaired.

I do think though, if you fail a breakout then there should be an extensive time limit before you can call on the commander again. It’s an annoying feature of the game and to be honest when Blacktide universally transferred to PS last week it did the other two servers no favours cause the numbers were too large and in most cases the organisation too great.

Get read of it or weaken the health of the tower to make it easier to get in to.
