A global wide system thats universal to all servers during certain timezones could help round out the mismatch between sides.
NA:
Buff – Players with 3 or less players within 3000 range of them get a +50 bonus to all stats. Nerf – Arrow Carts Deal 25% less damage, and the condition duration is reduced by 25%
EU:
Buff – Player loot, when killed outside of a keep/tower range is doubled.
Nerf – Capping Circles take 3x as long to cap objectives.
OCX:
Buff – Siege Weapons deal 2x damage
Nerf – If any one color owns all 3 keeps on 1 map, the PPT is reduced by 30 Per Tick
SEA:
Buff – Players gain +50 to all stats if they have been on a map for 15 minutes or less.
Nerf – Creating Orange Swords gives everyone in the area 5 stacks of confusion for 5 seconds.
