Man I don’t know where everyone went, did half of TC just stop playing? A friend told me our server is full and he still can’t transfer over, yet we have some barren WvW maps. I hope more people get interusted soon. If you guys don’t know how to play or are just scared of WvW there are some bigger guilds on our server in there, just hop in and follow around 1 of their commander’s and listen when people tell you why or what to do.

PS: I miss our WvW maps popalation

It’s oceanic/asian time now, TC has always had a very low population for this time slot. Plus this week’s matchup is a wash, so I’m sure there are people who are simply taking a break.

If I learned anything from playing on TC since release, it’s that they always come out to play. Maybe not right this very moment, but they will.

I think I’ll start an RP/WvW guild to combat this OUTRAGE!

Actually that’s not the chase TheOneToWatch, we are just severely outnumbered when it is not our prime time due to Anet’s latest announcement to stop the free server transfers. Our server’s population is stable, however there might have been reduced WvWers due to our current scores.

If we had a Euro/Asian/Oceanic guild right now you could really do so much and be recognized for it. Do consider TC!

Basically just blame it on the circumstances this week. Try as hard as they might to be optimistic and loyal, the Stormbluffs who were ticked at last week’s performance… weren’t loyal. A significant portion of their WvW activity transferred over to SoR because they knew that what they were doing on the battlefield was more advanced than on TC.

If you like those advanced tactics and you are not loyal to the Tarnished Coast, by all means go ahead and bail. It’s not like TC is the only WvW community on the market, but it’s unique in that it hosts a “Welcome RP-ers!” attitude, which I personally value higher than winning.

Know this, though: what those above me have said is true, the time slot is very sparse compared to the more competitive “must win” mindset servers which did their best to recruit guilds to cover that time of night/early morning. If you’d like to learn more about WvW and perhaps get your own commander icon to lead for your preferred timeslot, I’m sure you can get in contact with plenty of helpful folks in Mumble (watch the map spam) or the TC community forums who can make that happen for you. The very fact that you took initiative to start this thread shows that you care, so don’t be afraid to get involved more

Transcendent Veneration among other guilds would be happy to bring some off time players, currently the only time to join TC I think is in the non prime hours. Which is when we get the map completely wiped while we sleep, not much we can do about that unless whole guilds are going to start switching shifts at work to play a game. =)~
