p.s. i am doing these questions only to express my (and all of my friends) feelings when we are loosing our T3 garrison that we have upgraded and defended when we were online , and we are loosing it because we just logged off. this reason to loose something is silly and it is out of any game mechanism and theory , and ofcourse the big queue times that we had at the first 3 weeks of www seasson 1 in our server in prime-time.
in a game that promoted as player friendly like gw2 all mechanisms should support this type and if someone come and and say : "hey man www is sandbox " , i will answer that in real life in our home when we are sleeping we have activated the alarm system or we have take a wild dog to protect us

- They can “Marry” one Eu server with one NA server and players inside these two servers can choose to play in their home server or to the other server . this can used special in wwww season 2 period where the pve players want to accomplish the achievements and ALL servers suffering from queues in primetime
- If the “marriage” in wwww season 2 period is between one “strong” web server and one “weak” www server i think nobody will sufferring from big queues in primetime , because the strong server population will fill the empty and weak servers.maybe someone says : "why i should go to play to other server " , the answer is : because in wwww season 2 the result will calculated from both servers
- and now the big boring home borderlands . one option is the redesign the maps but i think is not very easy for devs. so they must find one option that help “weak” servers in south scouting (the alarm from outnumbered buff is broken . first you loose the T3 garrison and then you have report from outnumbered buff
) to have more time waypoint in their garrison ( the waypoint eliminate the boring map feeling ).the solution is two options a) when someone capture the garrison he will have waypoint (enemy or ally) and b) garrison will have immune if the two towers left and right captured by the server that have garrison.
Your missing one very important key element to your solution.
EU has 3 more servers than NA. That and the language barriers would be frustrating for both sides if you happen to get paired with one of the servers dedicated to a language that is not english.
Sounds like PPT hero problems. Who cares if somebody lose T3 keep? Whole point is just log in kill stuff and log out.

1. No they can’t fix the “night” coverage issue. Or at least they don’t seem willing to even try.
2. Yes, queues should be helped with the release of the new map.
3. No they won’t change the BL. I don’t think they’re boring actually. What they could do is make more maps so that you don’t always have to play on the same map design – but that will take them forever.
What about class imbalance? It’s not just a class vs. class issue like it is in sPvP, but also whether or not a class actually does anything worth doing in WvW.
@Nuzt.7894 if you check in prime times the population in EU and NA you will see that most NA servers are very heavy while the EU in their prime time have some light !!!
so anet have the numbers and they can split or merge servers to make them equal number. problem solved
as for the different languages …. when we are sleeping ,we really don’t care who is defending our beloved garrison and in what language he is speaking,, i only want to have someone in the map and not an unprotected garrison.
can anet bring aliens to our server when we are sleeping please ? we welcome the aliens and we will find a way to communicate each other
@Junkpile.7439 .i am in a guild too with some very sweet women that are suffering everyday because they are seeing their beloved upgraded garrison without waypoint . this is not about points or anything else . they are suffering from the lost of their “baby” :p
when i started the game i felt the same , and i decided to not spend any gold for upgrade before log off or go afk for a while because i know there are some “eyes” that always know when a structure is empty or not.
lets speak like men now.
you have the “balls” mates ( don’t take it personal , i general speaking ) , take the garrison while is full upgraded and with defenders , ninja blob against an empty T3 garrison is for unskilled players and it is only recommended for kids

That truly is the real issue here. In theory almost any problem can be fixed (and certainly the major issues with WvW can be), but in practice there needs to be recognition and willingness to do so. ANet has demonstrated time and time again that they have neither.

Obviously allot more players ‘care’ about playing WvWvW and not just transferring their PvE /Spvp skills to the BL maps, or the League would have failed and the maps would be empty of WP’s .
If your just in it for the bags and badges your not playing WvWvW, which requires tactics, brain power, server discipline and effort.
What bugs me is that Anet build the new map for the people who don’t ‘get’ WvW and left us with the unsolved problems.
In order to come up with a solution you need to care enough to think about it. I do not feel ANET is even trying. We get EotM so the poor folks jamming themselves into T1 will have a place to play while they wait in que…. but guess what, que system will still be broken…
Point 3 could be solved by moving the citadel to where the ruins are now.
Pretty sure ANet should offer some kind of guild token transfer (a fairly cheap one) to transfer your guild and influence over to another server. Right now there are a few pretty major hurdles to transferring a guild to another server. This would be nice to see pre-season 2. One of the biggest problems with population balancing is the fact that almost every system in the game makes transferring guilds pretty punishing.
The queue issue is sort of being addressed through the edge of the mist map currently in beta. Ultimately down the road, it might even impact wvw regular maps, with either PPT inclusion or some other bonus type mechanism (earn 50% PPT or some such thing).
The last one can be managed by holding and upgrading with waypoints, it’s pretty rare to see, but it’s a really great strategy. If you can hold bay long enough to upgrade it with a WP, that is.

Pairing of big and small servers is an interesting idea.. however, imagine the rage when the big server starts ordering the small server around:

Pairing of big and small servers is an interesting idea.. however, imagine the rage when the big server starts ordering the small server around:
- “Don’t queue into our matchup, stay in your own. We will come save you when we deem it necessary.”
- “Tag down your commanders when our commanders tag up.”
- etc.
this will be the first action from the stupid players from both www servers , but if someone want to be in a “good” www server should be smart enough to understand that this behavior affects the total score ( i proposed the score will be result from the both part ( servers ) of this pair ) .
so, in a system like www where everything matters like total strategy , the battle tactic , the foods , the characters progression , the armors and the weapons , the players skills and the server community , all the people that are playing www , if they want to be in the a good www server or to have the better score in the league must be the best in all of their actions and this includes how to cooperate with the people from the other server
