Can I do one borderlands jumping puzzle and then goto another borderlands and do that ones jumping puzzle as well?

This has been bugging me for a while, and a guildy told me that I cant and they all share the same cooldown on the end chest. I cant find any info to confirm or deny this, and I’ve never managed to do two different borderlands puzzles close to one another in regards to time.
Can anyone tell me if I could for example get 9 badges of honor per day (3 from each borderland puzzle) or if its only 3 per day from one of the chests? I know the eternal battlegrounds one does not share a cd with the other 3, but there is literally no info on this that I could find
