So each Friday at 5pm the matches reset right? A winner is declared and a new match-up is decided. What determines the color my server gets assigned? Is it random or indicative of the realm’s rank?

I’m trying to finish my world completion and I really need us to be green, but that hasn’t happened in a while. Also, I’m just starting to get into WvW and am trying to better understand it.

The winner from the last match (the one with the highest score) is green. The second place server is blue. The last place server is red. Just be patient and check this site to see when the thing you need is yours.

Also please don’t spam map chat asking for the commander to cap the thing you need. That happens all too often.

EDIT: I see you are from yaks bend..
That means my server is the current green server in our matchup. My advice is log on from around 10-2 est because yaks have a strong presence around that time.

The only hope of your server being green is dropping a tier to be honest. I don’t see yaks bend beating mag or sbi

Colors are randomized now, mainly due to complaints about getting map completion.

Or you can hope there will be a Season 2 and it comes soon, that way you should have plenty or time to get what you need.

Guess I just have to keep waiting for a green week as I only need about 4 spots, all of which almost require being green or a really strong control of the map.
