I would guess so when you can rez everyone around them, but nobody can rez a certain individual.
I’ve seen some players with a partial bug like that. You try to rev and it stops the process. Spamming the F button seems to be a work around.

Spamming the “F” button has worked on some occasions, but not many.
It happens when the person’s location is out of sync with the server. The server is saying they’re in one spot while on their client it says they’re at another.

So why can a NPC rez them at the same spot?
That’s why I put that in there. There’s obviously more to it than lag/rubber banding, and I’ve spiraled outwards, upwards of 50m from their position, and still nothing.

This is the problem. I have the same thing where I press the button to rez and my guy just twitches around a bit but won’t do anything, then a few minutes later I’ll see the dead corpse switch to a different position a few feet away and when I run over to it I can rez it now. Even though the actual corpse location is desynced, it will only give you the option to rez at the incorrect corpse location for some reason.
Happens to me as well, i thought it was because arenanet had budget cuts due to low population and cant maintain servers. That or because i’m in australia with 170 ping to US games.
