Yes. In the Isle of Janthir Borderland map, at least, haven’t tried in any other. You may want to specify in which map you are.

had same issue at green borderlands as well. the only puzzle i lack to finish all my puzzle achievements

Do you guys know you need to collect the key?

The key is separated into 2 parts which you have to collect to make the key whole before you can open the door.

Even after collecting the key, the door would not open.

I’ve collected the two parts on multiple characters in all 3 different Borderlands and get the same problem.

yes we know you need to get the two keys halves, even still it wont open

Ok, this has not happened to me. Is it part of the new update or is it something that has happened ‘all along’?

yeah it’s not working. We tried on 2 borderlands with a friend, and non of us could be able to open the vault.

Some of us gots Legendaries to craft. No time for PvP.

Yup, same problem here. The chest itself isn’t the problem, it’s the vault door leading to the chest that simply won’t open. About 6 or so people who came after me had the same problem.

From mapchat I can see others got the same issue in borderlands.

Same thing, I got both parts and the gate wont open.

Ditto problem. A buddy and I could not get in to the Borderlands vault. We decided to hang around and take cracks shots at the opposing teams.

Lol, at least this bug forced most players to really play WvW instead of wasting time jumping.

I am experiencing the same issue in the green borderlands. This is my home world. Playing on Henge of Denravi, NA.

It’s annoying to know that this likely won’t be fixed at least until the next Monday. Between the loss of jumping puzzles and being on a relatively weak server in WvW, I guess I won’t get any Badge of Honor this week.

Am I the only one who still has this problem?

I find it funny that so many people say “Good, now you have to actually play WvW.” or some other similar nonsense. You guys do realize that you get siege items and badges in those chest right? I dont know about you but I like badges, and siege is expensive if you are the one continually shelling out for it.

Someone said about combiming the two halfs of the key to make whole so to open the door.

How to combine?

I tried pulling one half to the other. It simply replaces the position
