Can we get a reply about a skill lag fix?

Im sure Anet is aware of the issue. Can we get a reply on whether or not they are even attempting a fix for skill lag?
WVW for me is broken and unplayable. I play a shout heals with soldier runes warrior as my guild asks of me. I cannot shout so…. my char is broken> broken game.
Honestly, if skill lag isnt fixed, i will be out of here when ESO comes around ( and im sure a ton of others as well). I just want to know if its even worth investing in my character anymore?
