Can we see or not see the outnumbered buff?

I was looking into the patch notes and didn’t see if we can see or not see on the enemy. And my guildmates says we can only see on our part but not the enemies’. I’d like to confirm.

You can no longer see the outmanned buff on enemies.

When was this patched to not see? Was it in a previous patch a long time ago?

It is not on the july 9th patch. Hmmm got to find that june 25th patch.

There is no outmanned buff anymore.

Its called outnumbered now. July 9th patch.

Patch RNG. Got to love it. Next up daily achievements will be renamed daily accomplishments and fortune scraps will be renamed to scraps of fortune.
