Guild Wars 2

Hi, My question is two sided, I do have a commander tag but dont nearly spend as much time in WvW as I did the first few months. And took a short break around the time this feature was included.

1) How do these settings influence my game precisely? At first I thought it was pretty straightforward as in, if you put character limit on highest and texture on lowest everyone would look default but I’d be able to see everyone, however now ive read up on something that says that the non default models still load, and after a while you will be able to see everyone as they are or so… Im very confused about it now, and hoping you guys can give me some clarity.

2) What settings should I take? I want my game to run smoothly and have a decent computer. But if at all possible I should still see as much of the fight as possible (for obvious reasons)

If it helps any to answer this second question, my PC has the following components (roughly):

-MSI geforce gtx 560 TI graphics card
-16 gb corsair Ram
-Intel I7 2700K (not overclocked) so at 3,5 Ghz
-SSD (GW2 is installed on the SSD, altho I doubt this matters much?)
