I’m a little confused, if the OP is facing them in the current match, why did he post a topic about it instead of just making a post in the match up thread?
A lot of WvW builds aren’t very good at dueling. I’ll fight anyone 1 vs 1 on my mesmer or thief, but my staff ele is running if I’m not with a zerg. Just is what it is.
If you want to 1 v 1 name the place and the time..or pick a spvp game and name the time.
I dont have any problem 1 v 1’in someone who wants to..
and who ever that S/D thief is in your guild.

People run with full spec duel build come random duel with someone don’t know and may be not duel type in WWW and record how awesome am I?!

If that’s your opinion, so be it. I doubt anything we could say would change it.
That being said, in my experience, many [Choo] are simply not intersted in 1v1 in WvW. Personally, I know that I’m not a particularly skillful player in terms of solo fights, so rather than die a lot in 1v1s, I would most certainly rather run with the group and try to accomplish something (or not, if we need yak-walking or scouting or whatever) in what little game-time I have than just fight in the fields solo.
Our guild mission is to become the one of the best WvW Guilds, and it seems our definition of “best” is different than yours. We most certainly are not one of the best collections of individually skilled players who run around WvW in small groups or solo, so if that’s what you’re after, I’m afraid we can’t meet that expectation as whole. That isn’t to say that we don’t have members who enjoy 1v1s though; we have multiple [Choo], including some commanders, who love to roam, and, in my opinion, are good players. Your mileage may vary though.
Ultimately, if you enjoy playing the game by having solo fights in WvW, good for you, you sound like you’re a talenyed player, and who am I to interfer with your enjoyment. But on that same note, you can hardly expect that everyone will conform to your needs or opinions.

If you want to 1v1 someone, you need to ask. You don’t “impromptu” 1v1.

Staff eles are good at 2 things: Casting AOEs & Running with the zerg. Most staff eles that try to fight quickly learn their place in wvw.

@Talentless – i enjoyed your BOC talk. i recognize you as a good necro. i’ve also shared many a skirmishes vs [SF] – some small groups, some big groups, and enjoyed them regardless of the outcome. and you ahve some talented players in SF so props to them.

If a Necro is not able to keep his opponent from running, he is bad and he should feel bad.
I always respected SF from the old days of fighting sbi. This however, is uncalled for and trashy. The forums are better off without this rubbish.
