I think It would be really interresting to get a graphical representation or some kind of stats about class (profession) representation in World vs World.

I tend to always see the same class in WvW, and I would have loved to see if it’s only a perspective thing, or it’s real.

For Example, I see a lot, really a lot of mesmer in World vs World. But is it really the case? Is it only because they have clone so they look like they are more. Is it because you easily reconize them. Is it because they are my worse fight, so I remember them. It’s hard to judge.

People also see a lot of thief in WvW, but is it only because if they die, they will mostly remember the 3 hit combo from a hidden thief, then a conditions death from a necro.

I would really like to have some informations from Anet, tho I think I remember it wasn’t in their plan. Why is that? Is there a population imbalance in the profession?

What class do you guys sees the most in WvW?
And would you like to have the information?

This is news to me!!

I think there is a pretty good mix of classes. I think it also defends on where you fight. Zergs seem to be dominated by eles, guards, warriors, and mesmers. Thieves are around for killing of yaks or picking off people who are out of position. Necros are a very strong class although likely less prevalent than the first 5 I mentioned. Rangers were around more before the guard nerf.

And engineers? They are a strong class but no one plays them. I hope ultimately they get a portal.

Yea I know it’s probably a perspective thing, but it seems like every other class in WvW is a mesmer these days.
