Cloaking waters in SMC needs to go
Sticking to my opinion: Tactivators and other Gimmicks such as Cloaking Waters simply need to go.
All offensive siege tactics need to go. The defensive minded ones like supply and radar are great additions that in some cases encourage fights. The offensive ones that basically OPs an entire maps fighting force needs to be eliminated.

I always said that it’s bad to give buffs to already dominant sides.
Maybe all the abilities need to have a limit – they can only work in an area around objectives you own? (perhaps the already existing area for keep buffs?)

I agree. There are so many better ways to improve a PVP game mode without flooding it with gimmicky PVE mess.

Atleast if Arena dont want to remove Cloaking Waters is to reduce the stealth duration to 30 sec or less.

Truly ridiculous that everyone wants upgrades to go when they are the only things protecting ebg from flipping all over the place. Even more ridiculous they blame them for their own incompetence ingame.
The radius/duration could be changed slightly as it is a bit much to fight against it on the other side of the map. But even then its a case of being very observant of your surroundings to spot uncloaked elements of the zerg, and placing proxies/mines in the way of that zerg (aka around ur location) so some if not most of them reveal the location when they walk by/kill the proxy.

This isn’t like a mesmer veil where the defending zerg had to take the quickest path to you so you know where to place the trap. They have the time to hop off the wall anywhere and hit you from any direction. Unless your idea is to completely surround your group with stealth traps your suggestion is worthless.

lol. being able to hold smc is easy if u outnumber the other servers. cloaking waters work like culling and culling was removed for a reason!

Relying on stupid gimmicks like these are incompetent. Past has proven opposite that you do not need these to defend SM. Just get out and fight and you will see.
