Guild Wars 2

They said pick the top 3 topics you want to talk about. Its been about 10 days since that, about 5 days since they have locked it I believe. Am I just to assume they either don’t care about that any more, have the topics somewhere else, or because there is only one guy working in the WvW department that it will take more time? I would just kinda like to see which topics made it and how Anet will “explain” why none of it is fixed or could be added.

Did you really think that it would be:
1: Post 3 things
2: The 3 most common ones get selected
3: It gets fixed within a week.
4: Repeat.

It takes time.
If we have heard nothing by the end of the league I could understand people starting to “worry”, but now? A change like that takes time and resources, it is not just flipping a switch.

I guess I was unsure about how much time it would take. Sorry for being curious. (And I wasn’t looking into a quick fix, I was curious about what what was the top three concerns for the players.)

Kamedin didn’t asked for a quick fix of the topics, he asked to know which topic will be take into consideration by the devs, and this doesn’t take more than 6 days lol.

I also want to know what devs will do, but its easy to go look to yourself at the comunity wishes :

Most common :

1) Server imbalance
2) Commander system
3) Alt friendlyness

Also :

4) Lag —> I think this is on top after the league started.
5) Rewars imbalance
6) Class balance

Chance we get a response ? Or will they decide what the comunity wants ?

It was supposed to be pick the top one people said in that thread and then make a thread on that topic for people to discuss (and get Dev feedback? >>). Which I guess they haven’t finished tallying up the results?

Could be, but I don’t think they’ve done it in the general forum or pvp forum yet. It is entirely possible they didn’t like the winners from those either :p.

Do you even read the OP before mindlessly fanboying threads? He’s clearly asking when the topics chosen are going to be announced.

He did however say it in a rather hostile way, which implied that he wanted stuff fixed right now.

My post still holds merit though.

It is highly unlikely that they will just post a post that says: “These three things have been chosen”, but rather have a longer more informative post and thus it would take time to create such a post.

IF they had made a post that simply said “We have counted the amount of thingies and come up with this list [insert list here]” people would most likely have raged like mad that they didn’t even bother with a useful response to the lists and such.

No he didnt’, he asked a ligit question, you were the one ostile.

Oh look ! anet just made a thread about this ! strange.. it’s like they forgot about the mistic collaborative develepoement :P luckly we didnt.

Well they did say they would pick the top ONE item out of three, they wanted you to list three in the order you felt was most to least important. This was all layed out in the original Collabrative Development thread in the General forum. It was there they were asked to break it out into different sections such as PvE, WvW, SPvp.

Just throwing this out there before those people who chose not to read are wondering why they are only addressing 1 topic at a time.
