Since commander tags are account bound, do you keep it if you delete all your characters then switch server?

(Might be interesting for some of my alts…)

Yes its account bound – so if you transfer you take it with you on the account that you bought it.

He will not transfer he will delete all charakters and then join another server so you do not need the transfer cost.
