BG, “well played” and “worthy campions”? Sorry, but the servers are broken and until they are fixed tournament victories are meaningless.

They should make a tier 0, that way BG can play with itself like on the community forums.

The tooltip says it’s a 66% proc, but it’s actually 25%.
