I play on GoM, and skill lag is usually pretty rare save for the times we have huge 3 zerg clashes on reset night. So i was wondering if servers higher up the pole (Tier 1, Tier 2) experience skill lag on maps like EB regularly?

no. it’s pretty rare in TC except for the rare 3-way in SMC as well.
