Tier 1? you joking right? Instead of thinking of just joining tier 7 and 8 servers, you decide to join tier 8 to tier 1?

I just finished saying that Anet wouldn’t be as dumb to do this then they go ahead and do it.

Now i have to listen to Mrs.Buns laugh in my face for being right!

I thought they made it clear that they planned to link low tier servers to high tier ones personally.

lol I’ve gone from being able to go into any map whenever I want to huge queue lines. I don’t want to be in a tier 1 server…just want to play.

Horrible plan, ruined wvw for so many. If we wanted to be T1 we would have gone, we liked the smaller match ups. Sure, we wanted a bit more players, not hundreds more, should of only joined t7 and t8.

Logically, it make sense to do that, prior to the exodus though.

Maybe if we get enough uplevels in the matches they will switch servers xD.

There’s a surge of players at the moment because of the changes. Numbers will drop in time and so will the queues.

the queues are preliminary. Everyone’s wanting to come back and get on and try it out. the hype train will diminish. Until then, stay frosty doing this brings fights all around to everyone. the matchups will balance out eventually to those who are super queued, will get lower populations with even less queues.

The problem is and Ive heard this first hand, is that people who PLAY are saying waiting in a 100+ Q is not the game they want and are just signing off to play other games – some of them will be permanently turned off by this and yet more players will be lost.

As always, anet instead of trying trying to do things gradually by merging smaller servers, goes into it with a sledgehammer and kittens it up.

As a casual WvW player, I liked to just wander around, take the occasional camp, maybe meet up with a couple of others to take towers. Most of the people who wanted big fights already transferred up.

So why is IoJ suddenly thrown into T1? Big blob fights isn’t my thing, so I will probably be sticking to PvE, no place for a solo wanderer in T1.
