Just wondering how often the chest in the dark room resets, i thought it was 24h, but now with the weekly long matches has it changed?

There`s a chest IN the Dark Room?
Where?
Or do you mean the one at the end of the puzzle jumping near the gate?

As far as I am aware, most chests in the game reset every 24 hours including the EB puzzle one.

know when does EB puzzle ori nodes respawn?
