Run from Citadel to Garrison on the west side, using swiftness and walking on the stairs.
Run down on the stairs with swiftness east of the Lion Statue in EB Red Keep.
Those are not the only places, but i died quite often there…. beware of stairs, i prefer dropping down on cliffs now.
Stairs have more victims as the dragons!
