Q:
Definitive information for WvW queuing?
do we really still have that many queues outside of reset nite?
It is sort of like baseball pitchers, everyone has their own routine and superstitions about what works for them but all we know it is something pretty bizarre and mostly out of our control.

Answer: you can bypass WvW queues since the system is broken.
Xylla: Yes, on at least some of the EU servers (including the one I am on currently), there are always queues at “primetime” 8PM GMT+1, often of 30 minutes or longer. Yes, our guild as many have their own little ritual, however queuing is a fairly basic mechanic which has no documentation.
Pryda: Care to be more specific on how the system is broken – or what aspects of it are broken? Understand if you have a mechanism to skip the queue which you wish to keep private, but my concern is that the fine fellows at Arena.Net may not know what is broken.
Obviously would be great to have a firm answer from Devon or Mike, but hey, the last batch of homemade molasses (treacle) cookies already got eaten by my officemates.

Pretty sure BG/SoR both have at least two to three queued maps during NA prime time any given day. Depending on which guilds sortie at least one map is queued during EU.
Reset night, if you miss reset… might as well not even bother unless its on a map where everything is lost and all morale is broken.
