According to http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Siege_weapon, “Supply Master” should grant that, as it says, “Deployed siege sites are invulnerable for a short duration.”

I just dropped a balista that was instantly one shotted by the opposition. When did this get nerfed? I checked the update notes and didn’t see any mention of this going back quite a way.

It’s only invuln for a few seconds. I think you may be exaggerating with the word “instantly” here.

Nope- less than two seconds after I dropped it. I had 10 supply, put 6 into it, and BOOM! Gone. It used to be that deployed sites were invulnerable for about 90 seconds or so.
