Has anyone else noticed the lack of responses from the Dev team regarding our plethora of questions regarding account bound WxP? My hypothesis is this:

They cannot spoil any information which is supposed to be announced on the 27th of March for the new feature patch which has the enticing title of “Account Bound”.

I have no basis for this, it is only hopeful thinking… Otherwise, it would be as simple as coming out and clarifying: There will be no account bound WxP until after Season 2 — Allie had a perfect opportunity to do so in this topic , yet did not mention it at all.

They are just waiting for this to blow over and everyone forgot about it:)

They probably changed their mind and are going a different route about account bound wvw xp (you know like they did with precursor crafting)

Sounds like it will be in the April 15th patch according to the patch blog schedule.
I wonder if they realize they are losing revenue, since it discourages people from playing alts…who might buy gems for star character slots and permanent harvesting tools.

Tune in on 27.3.14, Wxp account bound will be announced then as part of the features patch on 15.4.14.

Either that or dyes are becoming account bound, possibly both, plus other stuff may be made account bound instead of soulbound.

I don’t know why people still bother to get their hopes up about anything here.

The WvW dev team, ie DevonC has never liked to communicate on the forums, or twitch. I am actually surprised that Chris managed to force him to open the old CDI, which he spent explaining that it didn’t really mater. Good luck getting any info from them. Allie might be able to pry some info from him though. There is always hope with tPVP team, but WvW team is a lost cause.

… and the precursor scavenger hunt. Drop a maybe, “not off the table” idea to the crowd and then go away for 6 months. The dumb thing? It works.
