Disable combat tonics in WvW.
Agree. I have started to learn combat animations, but now I only see static polar bears. Disable ghostly appearances as well; they make harder to see animations.
While we are on that topic, please disable asura, I can’t see what they’re doing, they’re under my beard.
Still haven’t bothered to check if it works in WvW or not, but the “standard models” under competitive options, might fix this issue for good.

Please make auzens bigger in wvw/pvp so we can see what they are doing. Its a bit too easy for them to hid there “tells” for long cast time skills.
Over all “tells” for skills and them getting cast on you need to be bigger or give you an ground indication of them happening to you. I do not think combat tonics are the problem when you can hid so many skills off of size alone and over all bad tells.

The Tonic is used now for an exploit in WvWvW . I do not say how or what.
But Anet pls fix Asap!
My suggestion is to allow the “Standard Enemy Models” to work in WvW and disable all extraneous character effects.
