How can you really report someone? You don’t know their name. Try and take a screenshot, but what is that going to do when the exploit involves a thief?
Take several photos showing all angles, take video if you can. Then report it to exploits@arena.net with as much detail as possible, including server, time it happened, and any extra details you can think of.
