I was thinking from all the unhappiness in this patch, there would be a “kill on sight” command from most of the guilds who want gvg :P

Devs have always been kos.

I would hunt them to the end of the map if I knew one of them was in there.

Yeah, devs are a kill on sight in my tier. If I see devs these days, the tag is always pretty deeply buried in an enemy zerg for safety lol…

I am rather sure Dev’s also play without tag so they avoid being hunted

I think there was a dev on SBI. We used to hunt him down on purpose just for kicks.

60k+ kills 1500 hours+ in WvW and fought almost every server in the EU ladder (missed maybe 2?) and haven’t see a DEV ever…

Are they avoiding me in particular?

Haha, I think your info is two weeks out of date. If you look all the latest data says we are rank ten on our way to tier three. I truly doubt we have any of the devs covering for our server.

2 problems here:

1.) No class is balanced.
2.) Devs do not play thieves.

Are you kittening me? Have you seen WvW? Of course they don’t step foot inside a ‘boreder’ land.

I am not dissatisfied with the last patch. I wish there was more maps made for WvW, but at least they tried something. The problem is that the update didn’t remove the feeling of repetition from the game.

I think the negative reactions are mostly due to the fact that we have played over and over the same maps and that the borderland update, as welcomed as it may be, isn’t enough to improve our experience with the game.

This game needs different 3 different borderlands and perhaps 2 central Battleground maps, with more battles taking place not just outdoors but darker dungeon-type areas.

I think SBI is definitely gonna be in the gold league — I believe they’re at rank 10 right now and may not have even settled into the correct rank yet (because of recent large transfers into SBI).

As for Devon: I’m on NSP facing SBI right now. Anyone know when Devon is usually on (I’d like to think that WvW devs play regularly, if only as part of the job — though I wouldn’t be surprised if it weren’t true)?

For those on SBI: do you pick him up when he’s downed? Because I certainly wouldn’t if he were on my server.

Contrary to popular belief, the devs are not evil. They often play builds and professions considered weak to see how they feel and give feedback on balance. Back when turrets were even worse than they are now, there was a dev running a turret build in tournaments. He actually did really well, especially considering he was using one of the worst builds in the game.

We have one in FA that I see once in a while. In one of my favorite moments in game, a thief was harrasing him and wouldnt let go. After a while the thief got careless and we were able to kill him, after which the dev /laughs at the corpse. I started laughing so much glad to see devs feel the same way we do about them :P
I have it all recorded I just got too lazy to ever upload it.

They are just zerglets anyways, not even worth being KoS.
