Interested to know if specific camps supply to specific keeps and towers.

For what I have seen each dolyaks has a specific routes. Two departing form each camp there is 1 for each tower, 2 for most keeps and 6 for SM. Capping a camp in EB in the green section does not help towers in the red or blue corners.

If you are by a Dolyak so you see the ‘escort’ event, looking at the map will show you a small round yellowish icon at the target location.
