Does Obsidian Sanctum encourage griefers?
It’s not encouraging them, it’s giving them a place to go. Which is why they made a map where you can kill your own server mates with traps.
The Obsidian Sanctum has always encouraged griefers…
I think that was the point when it was designed around log, spike, fire, arrow, boulder, and animal traps. If it wasn’t designed to ‘trap’ people and kill them, why are those traps there?
Additionally, it isn’t difficult to click the ‘Eternal Battlegrounds’ dropdown and go back to EB and ask for help.

That ‘prison’ actually saved my life once. If you go down state in it. If the gate closes. Even if they’re about to spike you. They get teleported out and leaves you in there as down state. Leaving you to freely revive yourself and way point out if needed.

The bulk of the video featured people who took a mesmer portal to the chest so don’t feel bad for them.
