Ok you Dragonbrand guys, as some of you may know, and some of you not, myself and a handful of others are trying to rebuild this server from the ground up. We are doing so by focusing on our community first, and on our WvW second. The reason why is simple. Without a strong and unified community that enjoys each others’ company, we are not gonna be able to marshal the forces that we lack.
We are doing so by implementing a few different methods.
1. Server events and activities.
We just ran a server wide hide and seek in LA, it was fairly cheap, and got some amazing feedback from the community as well as a great push into wvw afterwards with quite a few of our commanders present and a very large turnout from several of our guilds. I plan on pushing for more events and perhaps a bit more frequently to really get the server excited and with stuff to do.
2. Using the server mumble.
We have a community mumble that we are using to help encourage multi-guild play. We have spent several hours in the mumble channels with people from different guilds in the server and we’re having a blast and working wonders in WvW when we’re in there together.
3. Coordination.

We’re here to have fun guys and that is the key to any successful game endeavor, to focus on the fun first, winning second. Why? Because to be honest, anybody having fun, is really already winning. It sounds cheesy but it’s true.
We already have some serious “investors” in this if you will in the strong support we have from [Epic], [DUEL], [Rakk], [LION], and [EA] at the moment. But we can’t all do it alone and we’re building slowly which is good. We’re not in a giant rush to force anything.
