Look again… it runs two traps and Durability. Not only is it cheese, it is cheese with extra cheese on it.
To be cheese it would have to use traps to burst down enemies. The build literally can’t do that. Traps in this build are used as they should, as aoe cc.

Necro have some very good zerg support skills though. Freeze and condi bombs and what not.
Condi bombs are generally weak in zergs. Too much cleanse. Zerg support Necros run full power and drop wells.
Running DD is more than enough to be considerated cheese thief tbh… Too much evasions. Just as other professions elites have a lot of blocks, invulnerabilitys and kitten.
So, like I said on another post: Anything that is HoT based is cheese these days.
Power D/D is a VERY difficult set to run right now. It is without a doubt the most difficult thief set to run. It is fine on a condi-build but not power. It was already weak but the ICD nerf just killed it. Anyone running it now is anything but cheese.

I meant DD as DareDevil, not as Dagger/Dagger. But even a Dagger/Dagger Daredevil still pretty annoying simply because the elite spec give the thief: a 3rd dodge, a 20s cd healing skill that heals double of the others, a stun-breaker block that can be followed by a knockdown among other stuff like the increased damage trait or the dodge that remove immobilize.
My statement still stand: Anything HoT based can be considerated cheese these days.
While this is not particularly viable in any sense of the word it will do one thing very well for DH’s and that kitten the enemy off like they kitten us off.
But with that being said this kind of thinking could create a situation where no one dies and quite frankly that’s boring.
