I didnt see any threads about our match, so I created one. Wo0o0o.

Anyhow, it has been very nice match even if we are losing, but I have been having fun a lot. Like last night Gunnar** came and took our keeps in our Underworld border, you guys gave us hell. That garrison cap was pretty fast, I didnt notice anything, but I wasnt really paying attention at the time (shame on me).

And afterwards we took out 7 Gunnar** trebuchet bombing Cliffside with mortar and two trebuchets of our own. I hope we made you atleast lil a bit angry ;)

Also, me and two GuM guys had some wierd fun in Drakkar** border when we hold the Quarry supply camp against tens of guys for quite time.

Lets keep the match like this until the reset. We need more good moments like that.

Yes I’ve had a real blast in this weeks match-up, I haven’t fought a lot of Underworlders though, but the fights that I’ve had with UW have been fun, I remember one good asura thief from UW, can’t remember the guild, he ninjakilled alot of blues and greens between Sunny Hill and Faithleep.

And for Drakkar, it’s like someone stepped on a tube of blue toothpaste, these guys just keep pouring out from everywhere.

I’m generally playing in EB, and is very hard to do anything at all. Upgrading costs a lot of gold to the always few that are upgrading to loose it to a huge zerg from the Drakkar’s. That’s what i see till 7 pm UTC.

The GH WvW players know’s what to do, but honestly we need more manpower. We are always outnumbered and we never ever have queues to enter the battlefields (hint: to those who waits 4 hrs to play ).

The few that didn’t quit, won’t give up! Although we keep sinking in the table, i feel like a winner already! Don’t expect easy pie Drakkar and Underworld ;p

Really been a nice week, good fights. Its been fun facing off against Drakkar and Underworld.

Drakkar, you deserve your win. Very dedicated, I’ve lost count of the amount of Omega golems you lot have fielded. There doesnt seem to be an end to the Germanic hordes.

Compliments to both Underworld and Drakkar for standing their ground with equal numbers or even outnumbered. I would like to set up a comm meeting between our servers but Ill be away tommorow evening.

Perhaps someone else can? I’d like Paavotar to meet Slaughtererer I think they will have some things in common :-)

Yes, gotta straight up that OP post, it was indeed Gunnar that took our keeps and the trebus we wrecked. And it was also Drakkars border me and the two lads were having fun on.

But I blame you Gunnars for keeping me up so late with your siege that I got only 3 hours to sleep and I wrote that post on the morning!

Hopefully Underworld can have a come back next match when the fractal grinding has decreased a little bit and the guys are coming back to WvW (I hope). We are most likely gonna drop down one tier now, but we gonna fight hard next week to rise back to have a rematch with you guys, if you havent risen in ranks :P

And I would be delighted to meet this Slaughterer if he/she is pink inside

PS. Becouse of your trebu placements near cliff that night we learned a new weak spot of Cliffside and are now more prepared with it. Like one UW player once said, ‘If [GuM] holds Cliffside on our own borderland, we have our own little Helmsdeep’. So come and try to breach that tower :P

Underworld shows commendable spirit, would be nice to have a end of week chat with our opponents again. We did that with Piken as well. If interested, send me a PM on these forums and Ill reply with voicecomm details. The invitation stands to Drakkar as well ofcourse.

Drakkar Lake here. I might not have the time to show up at the End-of-Week-chat, although I’d love to meet you guys.

Never the less, I’d like to thank both Underworld and Gunnar’s Hold for another good week of WvW.

Congratulations to Gunnars Hold for all the good fights. Yesterday evening you did a lot of damage at our borderlands, as I saw. I didn’t play long but while I did play, I could hardly do anything against your masses and often kissed the ground, virtually. Thanks for a bunch of ingame money spent on repairing armor.

To Underworld, I’d like to address:
It’s been an interesting round last week, and so I’m a bit sorry I did not see as much of Red this week. Although I can see the Underworld core kept their good spirit. Next week, from my perspective, will be hard in the next bracket, so we might meet again in two weeks. I’ll watch out for you!

Was good fun lastnight in Drakkar borderland, I lead a pug group in the north of the map taking Camps & even Dawns twice as TDA lead by Fiz & some more pugs took the south, we thought we would try split your Drakkar swam up but we only got about 10 Drakkar come to us up North watching till your other 40+ turned up.

The tactic’s you used on lake Trebbing from Hills was a good plan as we didn’t have the numbers to do a full frontal on Hills to stop you but you need to work on the follow up, you outnumbered us 4-1 & at first you kept coming in small groups & died on the stairs then you massed & charged to the lords room leaving us standing & able to mass AoE you (Good for us, Bad for you) what you should have done is portal behind us on the walls focused on us to clear the walls then move to the lords room once we are all bloody copes at your feet.

After our numbers dropped to the point we couldn’t do anything anymore in Drakkar I took my group to Underworld since all week we haven’t seen much of them, the first thing we did was help a Commander & his warband take Bay then I moved my group north again took the Supply Camp & than had a really good fight with Underworld (Sorry we pinned you in the spawn) after fighting for about 20mins with Underworld they got some reinforcements & we held on for about another 10mins as you slowly got us down 1 by 1. First time I have really met Underworld in a open fight & had a lot of fun doing so. (btw I was the annoying little Necoro )

I wont be in WvW or at the cross server meeting as RL will be getting in the way, so I would like to wish Drakkar & Underworld the best of luck in their next match ups.
