E-Sport WvW Gw2 E-Sport
I think the best way to Esport is for servers to fight over random PvE maps, from one waypoint to another. For example Field of Ruins. Put a lord’s room in Fallen Angels and one in Rosko. One server would start in Fallen Angels, the other at Rosko. Whoever takes over the enemy’s waypoint wins.
Maps and waypoints should be randomized for each fight.

I normally hate these rants because I think that WvW is extremely fun as is, and most rants bring nothing helpful to the table (e.g. QQing) . But you brought up a lot of valid points about WvW, e-sports and PvP in general , so I definitely hope Anet will read this. I know that they are working hard, but hopefully they are working hard on the right things that’ll keep their dedicated players dedicated.

That would be very efficient, there would not be as much “work” involved with using current/existing maps and adding npcs/structures.
We are not in any way asking Anet to design 20 maps and launch GvG tomorrow, and I feel your approach shows that clearly.
There is overwhelming potential in WvW/Gw2, it just needs to be harnessed rather than neglected in favor of spvp/tpvp/pve.
