Is the EB JP daily one character only now? I ran a second character through, and the chest remained locked.

Yes, you only get a reward once daily per account.

I just checked out the BL JPs. They are repeatable on each character daily still. Why the change on the EB one?

This is an unnecessary nerf on altoholics.

Well, Just did the EB JP again. It seems that it doesn’t refresh on server reset, and it’s tied to a 24 hour reset.
